Terms of service

TERMS OF SERVICE - 

Produce will be picked to the closest kilogram where applicable. We will ensure orders do not go below the specified weight.

REFUND POLICY - 

Metro Fresh Norwood has a no refund policy on fresh fruit and vegetables.

SHIPPING POLICY - 

Orders put in before 12 pm will be delivered on the same day (Monday - Saturday only), else it will be delivered the next day. If you’re not home at the time of delivery (except flower delivery), the order will be brought back to Metro Fresh Norwood, and an additional charge for the second delivery requested will occur.
